About The Life Care Management Institute


The LCM Institute offers online courses, resources, and training for professionals and families. We equip you with the tools and guidance to navigate the aging & life care journey with confidence and peace of mind.


The Life Care Management Institute (LCMI) was founded in 2019 by two RN Life Care Planners who built their own private practices doing Life Care Management with specialized training & certification in Life Care Planning. 


 LCMI is currently under management by Jennifer Crowley, a long-term care planning expert with over 32 years' experience. Jennifer authored "7 Steps to Long Term Care Planning" in 2017. She created the first ever Family Aging Life Care Planning on-line course for individuals to do alongside loved ones and caregivers in November of 2025. 


 Jennifer's mission is to empower individuals & families and offer a realistic, practical approach to aligning shared values, keeping it all together, and provide structure in times of uncertainty.
